Just a reminder that if you apply for a health plan with Cigna, they will draft your first month's premium payment at approval of application, NOT on the requested effective date.  For example:  Application approved February 13, applicant requesting a March 1 effective date.  They will draft the premium on February 13.

If the payment is returned for non-sufficient funds, there is a $45 charge.

FIRST YEAR RENEWAL PROCESS:

If you have a Cigna plan in place and your policy is coming up for renewal, you can request to have the rate-up (increased premium charges initially added to your premium because of your health history at the time of application) reviewed.  The outcome of this could be the rate-up is removed or a lower level applied.  If you need help with this, just let me know!
